About Alexandra
Aleksandra Ralević is the founder and owner of Beauty Studio Aleksandra, an experienced manicurist and educator, who started her career in 2015. Through years of dedicated work, continuous improvement and love for her work, she built a name that today stands as a synonym for quality, professionalism and top education in the world of manicures.
Professional career
She opened her own salon in 2017, laying the foundations of a successful career and creating a space where clients can enjoy top quality manicure and pedicure services. Her desire to pass on her knowledge to others led her to the next step – an educational career, which she will start in 2020 by organizing the first courses for future manicure masters.
Her passion and dedication were recognized outside the salon, so in 2023 she was named Entrepreneur of the Year, and her work was awarded the prestigious Oscar Business Award. This award is a confirmation of her efforts, vision and contribution to the beauty industry, but also a motivation to continue improving her work and providing support to new generations of professionals.
In addition to her business successes, Aleksandra stands out as a humanitarian with a big heart – she provides free basic manicure training to every person with disabilities, giving them the opportunity for a stable and successful career. As a mentor, she is known for her perfectionism and maximum attention to detail, and her students always receive individual attention and support during and after training.
